If you’re not completely happy with your customised memoir plaque, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the plaque must be in its original condition and packaging, just as you received it.

To begin the return process, please contact us with your order number and the reason for return. Our customer service team will assist you and provide a return shipping address.

Once we receive your returned plaque, we will inspect it and inform you of the status of your refund. If the return is accepted, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will work promptly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
